The community room is for all Fairways residents to enjoy. Please try to be considerate and conscientious when using the room and adhere to the rules below. Thank you.

The Fairways Community Room; available for residents’ meetings and parties

  • Reservations must be made in advance by emailing Ann Murray at
  • The room must be thoroughly cleaned the day after use. Cleaning supplies are provided if anyone elects to clean the room themselves. If you do not wish to clean the room, a $50 cleaning fee is to be paid to the Superintendent. Please make the determination when booking the room.
  • Access to the room will be given only after the $50 cleaning fee is paid, if that option is chosen.
  • Please do not leave food or drinks of any kind in the refrigerator or in the kitchen cabinets, counters, and sink etc. and nowhere else in the room.
  • Dispose of all waste in a proper receptacle.
  • Please use only masking tape when attaching anything to the walls or ceiling. Nails, tacks, and scotch tape should not be used.
  • Please keep noise and music to a reasonable, considerate, neighbor friendly level.
  • Events should end at a reasonable hour.
  • Anyone who elects to utilize the room will be held responsible for any missing or broken items that are part of the rooms furnishings and décor.
  • No smoking allowed
