STORAGE AREAS
- Storage compartments in the lower level are rented by unit owners and may be used only by residents of the Fairways.
- Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to the agent designated by the Board of Managers.
- Contents permitted in compartments are outlined in contract between storage agent or vendor and Unit Owner.
- Distribution of storage compartments shall be conducted by designated agent or vendor on a first come first serve basis.
- Based on demand and available space, the Board of Managers will arrange for construction of additional storage compartments.
- Storage compartments in the lower level are rented by unit owners through Bargold and such use is subject to a leasing agreement. Monthly fees for storage are paid directly to Bargold.
